Located in the Delany Road commercial corridor in Waukegan, IL, the Oak Grove Business Park is a 55 acre light industrial park targeting companies needing ready to build full service sites for buildings ranging from 25,000 to 100,000 square feet. MPA was retained to be the Project Manager for the design and construction of site improvements, liaison with city and county governmental entities, and formation of its marketing and sales programs.
