MPA provided various consulting, analytical, and negotiating services to the owners and managers of the hospital complex within an umbrella advisory agreement. Specific efforts included extensive alternative use scenarios, appraisal valuations contracting and coordination, facility segregation operating and utilities evaluations, re-zoning issues, and property sales negotiations. The Columbus Hospital property was sold to American Invsco in 2003 and its associated medical office buildings were sold to Children's Memorial Hospital in 2002.
