The major downtown Evanston mixed-use (retail, entertainment, hotel, parking, office, and residential) redevelopment project which was completed in 2003. MPA's role included assisting with initial project use allocations with particular attention to the feasibility of a performing arts center and a high-rise multi-family residential project.
